We ship using trusted couriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Shipping fees are based solely on carrier rates, we don’t make a profit on shipping.
Yes, we deliver to most countries worldwide. If your country isn’t available at checkout, reach out to us at contact@menyardhomme.com and we’ll do our best to arrange it for you.
If your order hasn’t left our warehouse yet, we can still adjust the address. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@menyardhomme.com with your order number and updated details.
TRACKING
You’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking link once your shipping label has been created.
It can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. If it still doesn’t work after that, please email us at contact@menyardhomme.com and we’ll look into it right away.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Visit our Refund Policy and follow the link to our Return Portal. From there, you can easily register your return and instantly receive your shipping label.
Yes, exchanges are possible. Send an email to contact@menyardhomme.com with your order number and the items you’d like to exchange.
Once your return has been received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is complete.
Yes, sale items can be returned unless otherwise stated on the product page.
If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make sure to resolve it quickly.
